- NPNick PlatarotiJul 25, 20261.0If I can pick 0 stars. I would. This is the most incompetent, disgusting customer service I have ever witnessed. My package was lost. Came back and then was lost again. When I asked to speak to the post master, I was denied. In the most cowardice way possible, I was told the post master was unavailable because she was speaking with the mail carriers. I was simply given a number that keeps dialing with no answer. When I went to my home post office my thoughts and thinking was justified when I met 3 customers there who all had their mail forwarded to the Morganville location to avoid Englishtown...if that not an indictment I don't know what is.

Three days my package has been in the wind thankfully I have it now no thanks to the lazy workers behind the counter. They were about as helpful as basketball cleats. Three days, no calls no email, NOTHING!…. Literally had to drive to the address where my friend had sent it to me and thankfully they had it!… Will not be setting foot in here ever again especially if the world is ending.

There are other reviews on Google from over a year ago saying the same thing, plus other complaints, and the rating is almost 1 star. I don’t get how a post office can run this poorly for so long without fixing something.

I came here on a Friday at 1:30 PM and the lobby window was shut. I could hear employees in the back, knocked on the door, and was completely ignored. It’s honestly a joke — save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
