  FedEx is the worst. They have an app they boast does more. But it only updates you on the checkpoints the package makes. No way to make adjustments or communicate in the app. I was told the package would arrive on friday between 11am and 1:20pm. Waited til 2:50pm and left. Showed up at 3:15 with a try again on Monday!! Monday. Was ready at 2:00pm but they came earlier at 1:15pm. Tried to contact both times and got an vaguely responding virtual chat that directed me in circles. Text from door tag did not work and the phone number kept hanging up on me with not a single person answering. 3rd day. Was prepared and waiting from morning til 4:30pm. Nothing. Decided to grab food for my kids and they show at 5:05pm, 10 min after I returned witha final attempt message. After calling that night and the next day I finally got aomeone in the Phillippines who was able to notify me my package was available for me to drive 40min to pick it up myself. They only time this was disclosed. The app couldn’t tell me. Even though it had asked if I had custom directions which I told to leave at door. Obviously this didn’t work. At least, I was able to understand the directions throught the Filipino accent to have the facility hand over my package. Which that presence was abrasively welcoming. The one star was for the fact I was avle to get the package. Zero would’ve been preferred, since FedEx always causes me issues and charges me for next day which takes me a week to receive as in this over night delivery stretched to 5 days with me driving over an hour total to recover. Horrible business

  Update: Finally got my package, went to the store and the front desk lady, Tatiana was absolutely awesome 🧡🧡🧡 I’m so grateful to her , they truly have a great employee there :) . She’s the only reason why I change this review . Every review is right. I waited all Saturday and all Tuesday to get my package and no one rang the bell knowing that the delivery address says is apartment 2, which is the second floor . I waited all day for them to leave the damn tag with the “we missed you” note . I probably will never receive this package.

  My mother has been waiting for a package since May 21 2026. I called Fed Ex yesterday to see if I could help. They said they would deliver it today. She sat outside at 8AM in hopes of meeting the driver. At 8:46 AM they sent me an email saying they tried to deliver the package. Using an old picture from their attempt on the 21st. They lied. To further this frustration I called the 800 number and the agent verified that the package was not even sent out from the station today. And she was shocked to hear me tell her about what was occurring. We still do not have the package. And the company is not allowing me to speak directly to the Fed Ex station that has the package. The station in Mahwah New Jersey refuses to deliver and refuses to call me. This is horrific. And completely unacceptable!
