I was in a bind when my original magazine designer fell through at the last minute, and I needed a professional magazine cover designed and sent into production ASAP. The team at AlphaGraphics stepped in and exceeded every expectation. They were responsive, professional, creative, and worked under a very tight deadline without sacrificing quality. The final magazine cover looked amazing and was ready in time for our festival presentation. The response from the public was incredible. Everyone loved the cover, and even weeks later we’re still receiving compliments on social media about the design. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service made all the difference.   We made a mistake and sent a time sensitive project to another location over an hour away. The Mahwah location stepped up and executed our project staying after closing to get it done. We appreciate their professionalism under a stressful circumstance. 5 star customer service all the way.

  Such a disappointment. I’ve trusted this Alphagraphics location in Mahwah for years, both personally and professionally, and always received exceptional service from John and Valerie. Unfortunately, since the business changed hands, it’s been a complete breakdown. I reached out two months ahead of an important event and was surprised to learn from the new owner, Danny, that John had retired and Valerie was gone. That alone was concerning, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I clearly explained my needs, sent over my files, and was promised a quote by the end of the day. That quote never came. After three days of silence, I followed up and was told they were “working slower than he’d like” because they were busy. Another four days passed with no communication. When I called again, I spoke with someone named Mark (or Matt), and he was the only bright spot in this entire experience. He was polite, professional, and genuinely tried to help—apologizing for the confusion and being upfront that he had no record of my project or files. Unlike Danny, he at least treated the situation with urgency and respect, and made an effort to get answers. Unfortunately, that effort went nowhere. I was told Danny would call me back, and he never did. This level of disorganization, lack of communication, and disregard for a long-time customer is unacceptable. On top of that, hearing an owner speak negatively about his own team is incredibly unprofessional and reflects poor leadership. I ended up taking my business elsewhere—faster service, better communication, and even a lower price (although I’m not certain as I never got a quote). What was once a reliable, customer-focused business has clearly gone downhill. I will not be returning.
