    Dan was so very helpful. I have used other ups locations and I will never go anywhere else again. He gave me more receipts of my return just so I can prove with confidence that I have returned the item. We had a nice talk and shared some war stories about owning a business. I think he will do very well since his demeanor and willingness to help seems to come first. It was truly a pleasure meeting him.

    New owner, Dan was so hospitable! Helped me through a small issue and let me know I was in the best of hands. Definitely will return and happy to have a friendly face in the neighborhood!

    A++ service, had a few large boxes to ship out, the worker was so kind, not rushing, I asked if i could leave positive feedback to mgmt, the worker Daniel said he was the owner and recently took over this branch, shook my hand to say thx and couldn't be friendlier!! This was right after I was at USPS down the street and the workers there seemed utterly miserable and not wanting to help.. So nice to have this kind of interaction and customer service at this UPS, it even smelled like Pina Coladas lol, I asked Daniel and he said its an air freshener. Definitely recommend this location!!!

    A wonderful new owner, Dan at this UPS location in Madison -he is friendly, very helpful, and goes out of his way to be sure you have a good experience. A++++ Note - his rating here as a 3.3 reflects the old owners. Dan is 5 star!

    I drive 45 min out of my way to do business with the Madison UPS store. Dan, the owner and the behind the desk worker, is hardworking, friendly, and helpful! He takes such great care of the items I ship, he greets his customers with such kindness, and he helps his customers with patience and understanding.
