They somehow make a task that’s usually stressful and frustrating feel easy and manageable. Everyone there is kind, patient, and genuinely treats customers with respect and courtesy instead of making them feel like a burden. Whenever I walk in and see Elvin, I know I’m in good hands and that my visit will go smoothly. I’m so grateful for the outstanding staff here. Anyone who’s been to other locations knows that level of service is not something you find everywhere. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!
- MCMayra CamposJun 17, 20263.0I have been coming to this particular Post Office for many years. The clerks that I have encountered have been, polite, courteous, and very friendly. Today Wednesday 6/17 I've been soo disappointed. The only clerk there was a nice lady, however it's almost closing time and another lady shows up, holding the door and starts telling us to move up, I had a lil problem with the address where I was sending my package , so with a TONE OF VOICE, that could of been nicer...says, "Please move to the side until you solve your problem",. Fro. the minute she walked in that lil room it was felt, the animosity, rudeness, and entitlement that she spoke with. I asked nicely for some labels, her answer...."If they're not there then, there's none", but in a rudeness way. I told her, don't be fresh, she said she wasn't, but she was, very fresh and rude!! There's no need for such attitude, and nastiness, very uncalled for.
