  The staff at this store is expert at saying no. They find ways to say no to customers. They refused to take a customers Amazon return packet because that packet was not fully taped. Then they said no to me with some ridiculously small excuse. I took my package to another ups store and they accepted it. Would not recommend this store.

  The best UPS shop in Lyndhurst! Every staff member is awesome, very attentive, fast paced and genuinely kind natured. Shout out to Victoria too!

  This is my far the BEST UPS Store! Friendly and Fast Service! Mahi and the guys are a pleasure to do business with! I would recommend going here, even if it is out of your way!!!

  I’ve been coming to this UPS location since it first opened, and I’ve always appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff especially the men working here have been. That’s honestly why I’ve kept coming back. But today felt completely different. I had just finished a training session and stopped in to do a quick Amazon return, already a bit exhausted. When I walked up, I greeted the employee who was helping me, and he didn’t respond. I let him know I was there for a return, he scanned my QR code without saying a word, and then tossed the receipt toward me, which really caught me off guard. I still said thank you, and he just walked away. It was disappointing, especially because this place has always felt welcoming. I’m hoping this was just an off moment, because I’d hate to see the experience here change.
