I was told that I ordered the wrong item, was not getting the type of delivery I thought I would get and it took them weeks to work with the original company to simply schedule a delivery date. Comment back to owner comment: This is just un-true, Design within reach went to bat on my behalf to ensure delivery. I have many many emails from design within reach showing that they attempted to reach you to no avail. The lady, Katrina, literally was yelling on the phone at me. Please feel free to listen to the recordings. The only reason the delivery man brought the furniture upstairs was because I met him in the lobby and tipped him to do so- he was incredibly nice. The office staff should learn from the delivery people.
