They are closed. It is not reliable. Go to another near FedEx store. The 4305 Dearborn store has employees working consistently

Marie took care of me like I was her own family at a critical time for me sending packages to my son in the military. Marie should be recognized everyday for outstanding skills representing the company! 100 stars for Marie
- KMK MadDec 13, 20201.0I had to wait to make this rating (didn't want my package to suddenly disappear). The Store Manager, Kareem I believe was his name, was quite literally the rudest, most unprofessional being I've ever encountered. When I approached him he was on a personal call, and wasn't trying to assist me. When he did assist me he was cutting me off when asking questions, and at some point decided that because I was taking too much time began to raise his voice and behave irrate. It was only when I brought his actions to his attention and my husband joined me that his tone changed. This guy really needs to be removed from the store front.
