Then she scanned the code, noticed it is a service offered, then was having a hard time figuring out how to do it. She said there was a computer problem then proceeded to take three easy scan and Go customers. I left as I had to leave for my next appointment.

The Store Manager, Kareem I believe was his name, was quite literally the rudest, most unprofessional being I've ever encountered. When I approached him he was on a personal call, and wasn't trying to assist me. When he did assist me he was cutting me off when asking questions, and at some point decided that because I was taking too much time began to raise his voice and behave irrate. It was only when I brought his actions to his attention and my husband joined me that his tone changed. This guy really needs to be removed from the store front.
