USPS needs a whole reconstruction of their services. I shouldn't have to call 5x a day, and have the same guy hang up the phone. This is insane, USPS pays these ppl to act this way to the public ?? Shut this specific office down, cuz it's not doing favors for anyone at all.
Disgusting treatment.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location while attempting to apply for my baby’s passport.
I was unaware that my infant needed to be physically present for the application. Instead of calmly explaining the requirement or offering guidance, the employee assigned to passport services (I was told her name is Charity) abruptly ended the interaction by simply saying “bye” and walking away.
There was no explanation, no courtesy, and no effort to provide basic customer service. While I fully understand that procedures must be followed, there is no excuse for dismissive and unprofessional behavior.
Applying for a passport, especially for a child, can already be stressful. A simple explanation delivered respectfully would have made all the difference.
I hope management addresses this, as professionalism and basic courtesy should be standard when dealing with the public.

Very upset with the service I experienced today. I might be in the wrong but I wish the asian man who was at the door was a bit nicer during the holiday season. I recently just moved to long branch and was tracking a package for my wife that I bought justbin time for Christmas. I was sent to the post office in monmouth and it was 4:52pm when I arrived there to get my package- the gentleman there told me to run to the post office in long branch, so I did. I parked at exactly 5pm and I get it that the post office was closed, but he was right there- it was 5:01pm when I got close to him. I kindly asked if I could just retrieve my package that they will most likely return on the morning to the other side of the country. He just kept angrily saying: NO PLEASE, NO PLEASE. I just got married last month- this package was important- it was alternate wedding rings for when we work out together. I get protocol and I respect it- I just wish he had a bit of empathy furing the holiday season. I'm very upset- I walked away saying: merry christmas and thanked him for his time. Not a great experience.
