- VSVictoria SmithMay 13, 20262.0Mail carrier for whatever reason feels like they shouldn’t have to close my mailbox. Also, they’re continuously delivering the wrong mail to my house. I can understand it happening once in a while, but it’s every time nails delivered to my house.
- JPJongho ParkMay 9, 20265.0We came to the Little Ferry USPS on a Saturday to get fingerprinted for a background check because my wife and I both work during the weekdays and don’t really have time then. At first, another employee started processing our information, but after realizing it was Saturday, stopped and told us fingerprinting normally isn’t done on Saturdays and asked us to come back during the week. We understood and were about to leave. Then an employee named Aisha stepped in and kindly said she would help us anyway. She was extremely patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. With a young child and busy schedules, her willingness to help us that day meant a lot. I normally don’t leave reviews, but her kindness and customer service truly stood out. Thank you again, Aisha!
