- MMMari MoCaJun 2, 20261.0Le daría un -0 de puntuación, pedí un money order de $25 y quise enviar un paquete certificado a lo que la mujer de test oscura , cabello corto y lentes que me atendió, me dio un money orden d $100 y cargo a mi tarjeta un total de $106 aprox cuando le dije espera porque si te dije que me dieras un money order de $25 me estás dando y me estás cobrando uno de $100 pues le puse la tarjeta para atrás para que me devolviera el dinero completo, y me dijo no yo te lo voy a devolver en efectivo, a lo que me parecía muy sospechoso, me devolvió $64 y aún con el cambio mal, me estaba cobrando de nuevo los $26 del money order y no me quería devolver el recibo porque sabía que quería ROBARME !! A la policía es que debí de haberle llamado xq tipas como está atendiendo detrás de una oficina federal creen que pueden aprovecharse de las personas! CONMIGO NO LO LOGRO 🙅♀️ pero pongo esta reseña para alertar a todo quien quiera venir a esta oficina de correos!

- JPJongho ParkMay 9, 20265.0We came to the Little Ferry USPS on a Saturday to get fingerprinted for a background check because my wife and I both work during the weekdays and don’t really have time then. At first, another employee started processing our information, but after realizing it was Saturday, stopped and told us fingerprinting normally isn’t done on Saturdays and asked us to come back during the week. We understood and were about to leave. Then an employee named Aisha stepped in and kindly said she would help us anyway. She was extremely patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. With a young child and busy schedules, her willingness to help us that day meant a lot. I normally don’t leave reviews, but her kindness and customer service truly stood out. Thank you again, Aisha!
