You don’t always expect to leave the post office in a better mood than when you walked in, but that’s exactly what happened. She may honestly be the reason this location has such a high rating 😄. USPS needs more people like Aiesha!
- SOSumeyye OztekAug 1, 20261.0I just came here today at exactly 12:13 and the times for closing very clearly posted is 12:30 and there were two other customers who also said the same thing and had to stand outside. I’m not sure why they decided to close earlier when there is clearly someone inside but lights are off. Odd all over and I don’t have the best experience here ever.

Customer service was disappointing, and it made an already stressful process even more frustrating. I understand people have busy days, but treating customers with courtesy and respect goes a long way. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

The young lady who helped me with my passport application went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly. She was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and made what could have been a stressful process feel so easy. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, and she truly exceeded my expectations.
