She is very warm and caring to all her customers and she helped me with all my questions regarding mailing packages and letters. The facility is clean and organized. Highly recommend.

They couldn’t even provide a piece of tape without having to purchase it.. unbelievable! I will be emailing the BBB regarding this location and staff. Little Falls has to do better! ZERO stars !!
