- HAHafida AbouelabbesMay 8, 20261.0My package was marked as delivered, no sign of the package. I live on Coolidge Street, the mail man shove all my mail and my neighbors in the same slot. Now my package is lost. When called the post office no one answered.

How do you just ‘deliver’ CERTIFIED MAIL with no signature after ‘attempting’ to deliver it the first time??? I've left my phone number with 2 different employees, one being the supervisor Samantha and was never called back nor given an update on anything. When I tell you l've tried absolutely everything to try to track down this package.... Careless and uninterested staff and CLUELESS!!! No sense of urgency. Bad enough they got an old bag working the window who is ALWAYS condescending and rude as hell

I went there before for passport appointment and a gentleman there was rude, and gave me a wrong passport application, and gave me a form to get notary (because I wanted to get my passport name changed). Long story short, I filled out the application the gentleman gave me, and the notary paper. On 04/28/26, I went there, and luckily Amy was there, her knowledge , she highly recommend me to call right there the passport number and find out the correct form and she was right the application I was given was incorrect and I didn't even need the notary paperwork. Amy, went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend you see only Amy for passport.
