- RWRyan Washington3 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from FedEx. My package went missing, and instead of receiving assistance or accountability, I was met with an incredibly frustrating experience. Trying to reach customer service was nearly impossible. When I finally spoke with someone, I did not receive any meaningful help, answers, or a clear resolution. Based on my experience, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I believe customers deserve better service, better communication, and greater accountability.
- NRNyasia Rose3 days ago1.0HORRIBLE DRIVERS OBVIOUSLY CANT READ BECAUSE THEY CANT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. THEY stole my package worth $800 by marking it as attempted delivery. Customer service can’t do anything to help very useless. I can’t wait for my redelivery to let the driver know himself/herself how SLOW AND INCOMPETENT THEY’RE!!

- KDketsia DelvoisMay 11, 20261.0Terrible customer service for picking up a package. asked to speak to a manager and the front desk lady with blonde braids lied and stated the manager is in a meeting. I didn’t have a physical id card with me and she refused to take any other for of id with my name clearly printed on it with a photo. As she goes to the back room I hear her talking loudly about me with a mother worker calling me rude when I asked politely for a manager. No where does any form of writing state I must have a physical state ID and it was not mentioned to me when I spoke to customer service over the phone requesting this package be picked up from this location.
