  Horrible company and even worse service. Not able to speak to live agent..like ever! And I know the tricks. I have a shipment that has been sitting at a location 5 miles from me and it hasn’t moved in days..for no reason other than ineptness. No way to request that I just pick it up either..choose UPS or USPS if you need something delivered in central Jersey. This site is an absolute joke.

  Beware: if your fedex driver is Ana. My fedex driver Ana lied about attempted delivery and now fedex can’t do anything about rectifying the situation. I’ve been waiting at home for a package and got a notification that i missed it, but they didn’t even ring the doorbell or knock on the door. This is a time sensitive item and fedex is offering no solution. Edit: 2 days later and same situation! At home waiting for delivery and another “attempt” by Ana. Don’t know how not ringing, knocking, or calling can be considered an attempt. Fedex states i can’t even pick up my package

  Failed to deliver my package twice, once without opening the apartment building door, and there were packages already inside the building showing it was unlocked. Second day they went to the wrong location. Had the shipper change the location to a distribution center on WEDNESDAY and I keep getting the run around/"no update" and all I'm getting is "we'll open a ticket". So clearly the delivery person isn't bringing it back to the center so I can pick it up which means it's being stolen and you FEDEX isn't doing anything about it. You better be prepared to cover the cost of my item, and fire the person trying to steal my computer!

  I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from FedEx. My package went missing, and instead of receiving assistance or accountability, I was met with an incredibly frustrating experience. Trying to reach customer service was nearly impossible. When I finally spoke with someone, I did not receive any meaningful help, answers, or a clear resolution. Based on my experience, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I believe customers deserve better service, better communication, and greater accountability.

  HORRIBLE DRIVERS OBVIOUSLY CANT READ BECAUSE THEY CANT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. THEY stole my package worth $800 by marking it as attempted delivery. Customer service can’t do anything to help very useless. I can’t wait for my redelivery to let the driver know himself/herself how SLOW AND INCOMPETENT THEY’RE!!
