This is a complete failure of service and a display of blatant dishonesty. I took three full days off work to receive a package, only for your drivers to fake delivery attempts three days in a row. They walked up to my door with "Delivery Attempt" stickers already filled out - without the package, without knocking, and without ringing the doorbell - slapped the sticker on the door, and walked away. To make matters worse, after I filed two separate complaints (Case #s C-260799432 and C260959333), your dispatch facility called to tell me the driver couldn't return because they were "already back at the facility." That call came 45 minutes after the alleged attempt - for a facility over an hour away. The math doesn't work, and the excuse is a total lie. Your drivers aren't even attempting to do their jobs, and your customer service is actively covering for them. Absolutely disgraceful, fraudulent service.

Horrible company and even worse service. Not able to speak to live agent..like ever! And I know the tricks. I have a shipment that has been sitting at a location 5 miles from me and it hasn’t moved in days..for no reason other than ineptness. No way to request that I just pick it up either..choose UPS or USPS if you need something delivered in central Jersey. This site is an absolute joke.

Beware: if your fedex driver is Ana. My fedex driver Ana lied about attempted delivery and now fedex can’t do anything about rectifying the situation. I’ve been waiting at home for a package and got a notification that i missed it, but they didn’t even ring the doorbell or knock on the door. This is a time sensitive item and fedex is offering no solution. Edit: 2 days later and same situation! At home waiting for delivery and another “attempt” by Ana. Don’t know how not ringing, knocking, or calling can be considered an attempt. Fedex states i can’t even pick up my package
