  Destiny was exceptional. My first time at this location a few days ago it was pretty busy. When I came in, Destiny helped answer all my questions. She was efficient and had such a positive bubbly personality. It’s further than the location near me but the experience with her was def worth the drive.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience at FedEx Office in Lawrenceville! I came in after realizing I had forgotten to print something I needed that same day. Destiny immediately stepped in to help and had everything completed within an hour. She communicated throughout the process with exceptional professionalism, kindness, and courtesy—and the finished pieces looked fantastic. Her manager, Jenn, was equally helpful and gracious. This is what great customer service looks like: responsive, professional, and genuinely kind. Destiny and Jen turned a stressful situation into an incredibly positive experience. Thank you both!

  Team members at this location were extremely accommodating and very courteous. They went above and beyond. I think her name is Elisa!! Thank you so much miss!!! I was late for an important pick up and she was kind enough to open door and give me my order a bit after closing. This was so helpful to me!

  Who the heck hired Elithia and keeping her in staff. With that attitude better go back to her job at dmv.

  Terrible service by an older black female employee. Told me several times that she would be with me, then told me I had to go to a different section and she would lead me through self service, told me I had to have my items packaged when my return instructions specifically told me I did not, THEN helped a gentleman who came in much after me first. A younger black man in the meantime said he could help me (at the original place I was first waiting!) and was able to finish what was needed in less than a minute. He was pleasant and professional and competent. I thanked him and told him that people should be helped in the order they come in and when the older woman walked up, I told her same thing. She “apologized”, then asked me if I accepted her apology (am I at a therapist or FedEx?!) I told her no, thanked the young man who helped me and left but as I was walking out the door, someone laughed or made a dismissive noise. I’m guessing her. Really really poor customer service protocol and execution. Then the cherry on top: rudeness. Someone needs some customer training.
