  This is the third time I went to this store for a return, 2/3 have been very negative due to the employee working there. It’s one particular employee. Upon entering the store the employee will ignore you until he is ready. Then he will rudely ask what do you want not how he can assist. Today he was using profanity because he labeled the wrong item incorrectly. He was very rude and frustrated with me , because I had selected the wrong store for one of my returns. Instead of advising of how I could fix it he told me to the other store. This store is nearby and convenient, however due to his unprofessional and unpleasant manners I will gladly drive a little bit further for good customer service.

  I can’t thank Mausam enough for his exceptional customer service. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional every step of the way. He even called me personally to explain the weekend hours, which allowed me to plan ahead and successfully pick up my package. It’s rare to find someone who is this dedicated, responsible, and genuinely helpful. He always took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Thank you, Mausam, for all your help. Your outstanding service is greatly appreciated!
