I made an appointment prior to coming in and notified the staff who said they don't get the notices. Granted, it can happen. I walked over to the two ladies who said they'd take care of us. I asked rate information, etc. This was actually my second time with mailbox rental with a UPS store. The last time was professional, courteous and pleasant in New York. I thought this would be similar...hardly. The rudeness was astounding. We retrieved our documents, thanked them for their time and existed the establishment. Very unpleasant experience. I had read the staff was rude but, I feel like everyone deserves a chance and anyone can have a bad day but this was really bad.
