  These folks used to be known as "Watchung Beverage Delivery" and they were great. I could drop off my empties and pick up fulls from their warehouse. Their guys were so nice, they even loaded it up into the car for me. When ready refresh (now primo brands) took over, they put a stop to that. Oh well, I could see how that's a liability. Big companies have to minimize their risks. Still wanting water, I switched to delivery. It was okay for a bit... I had a promo rate in the beginning which they waived the delivery fee for me because I used to do pickup. So I've been a customer for a couple of years now. Prices keep going up, my scheduled deliveries constantly get delayed, and I had major billing issues last year which took forever to get resolved. My empties were once on my porch for an entire month waiting to get picked up and exchanged for new ones. They just kept pushing back my delivery. System issue they kept telling me... Once this summer ends, I'll probably find a new water company to do business with. I miss Watchung. My review for them is still on Google.

  The worst service ever! I had to call 4 times to pick up my dispenser. In the past they offered chargebacks and perks but never got them. The last invoice they charged a delivery fee without notification. And now after calling 4 times to pick up they charged my company for the disoenser. Very unhappy and they better refund my money.

  Do not even think of using this service! They are pure fraud! Their customer service is horrible! They make unauthorized charges on the card is on file! Had to dispute bank transaction because it’s impossible to get the true information out of them! They’ve charged me over $137 for picking up empty bottles.
