- DPDeep Patel4 days ago1.0The staff here really don't know much about passports or documents, and they're not very polite either. I've had so many times where they give me half-baked info, and then I have to come back to get the rest. Just today, I went for a money order, and the person working said, "My colleague isn't here; he'll be back from break at 3 p.m." This occurred at approximately 1:15 p.m. Is this an standard break duration for USPS employees? I just don't get why no one higher up is looking into these places.

This rarely happened in the past, but lately it seems like about 1 out of every 10 outgoing packages has gone missing. I sell items online as a side business, so going forward I'll be adding additional shipping insurance to help protect against these losses. This is getting frustrating. I'm not sure what's causing it. Has anyone else had a similar experience with this USPS location? I hope USPS looks into the issue because this isn't normal.
