  Excellent customer service! The staff went above and beyond to help me find the perfect box and explained all the best shipping options for my needs. They handled everything with great care and packed my item securely, so it arrived in perfect condition with nothing damaged. The delivery was right on time as promised.   P.J. and the staff at this UPS Store are amazing! Needed expertise in printing programs, menus and table cards for daughter's wedding and P.J. was so patient and helpful - the finished products were beautiful! Also very reasonably priced! I love that everyone who works there greets you with an energetic Hello and a smile! Makes you feel very appreciated as a customer! Highly recommend this store and staff!!

  I showed up at the ups in Lake Hiawatha just 10 minutes before closing, explained that I needed two passport photos, some documents printed, and everything shipped to an address urgently (life or death situation) They completely understood my situation and handled everything quickly and efficiently. What impressed me most was their attitude; they were genuinely happy to help and never once showed frustration. Excellent service like this is rare. I would highly recommend this store.
