- LLLiamAug 13, 20261.0This place has given me nothing but issues every time I ship here. The older lady doesn’t even know the rules for shipping and just denies everything. Don’t bother going to this usps.
- BRBrenda RiveraAug 8, 20261.0By far the worst post office experience I’ve ever had. I went here because it was the closest location to me that was open on a Saturday. This was my second visit, and once again, the staff were extremely reluctant to help. They wouldn’t even quote my international shipment unless I purchased one of their boxes. I ended up choosing Priority Mail, which included a free box, but they didn’t provide packing tape either. I left with my package and took my business to another post office. My dad worked for USPS most of his life, and boy, have things changed when it comes to serving your community. The staff at this location put the meaning of public service to shame. I’ve used the Union Township, Roselle, and Westfield locations and have never experienced such poor customer service.
