- KGKatrina Chen GrebAug 25, 20261.0Came here for a passport appointment for our newborn baby and had a horrible experience with Jacky. First off, the government website says this location offers photo services on site. They do not. Jacky also claims that the camera they have on site is poor quality. And that she or her coworker were supposed to call us ahead of time to let us know that we needed to secure the photo elsewhere, but we never received a call. Her excuse was that they were swamped/busy yesterday. Secondly, she directed us to go to the Walgreens across the street to get the photo taken, and that she would see us right away once we came back. That Walgreens refused to help us - they claimed they do not take baby photos. So we were given the run around. We luckily went to the CVS down the street who was more than accommodating. However, when we returned to Jacky with the photos, she rejected them and said they were the worst that she's ever seen. While they did not meet the required standards, Jacky did not have to be so rude after she created a stressful morning for us. She kept trying to push us off to the Kingston location to handle us instead. If you ever have a newborn, then you'll be familiar with how stressful it is to ensure that appointments happen between the timely limitations of feedings & nap times. We spent our entire morning driving back and forth and coming in and out of the Kendall Park Post Office, and ended up with a grumpy baby and no passport application processed. Extremely let down and disappointed.

Fue todo bien !!! Jackie fue muy amable y me ayudó en todo el servicio , gracias que era ella Que estaba haciendo ese servicio hoy porque había una compañera (una señora) con una actitud y forma un poco fea como que uno va a molestar o a perderle.
