  I had an excellent experience at my local UPS Store. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They handled my shipment quickly and answered all my questions with patience and a smile. What really stood out was how efficient and organized everything was- no long waits, clear guidance, and great customer service. It’s rare to find a place where the team goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. Highly recommend this UPS Store if you want fast service and super friendly staff. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve visited!

  I went there to pick up my package that I had to pay extra to be held there, because I had no one home to sign for it. The people there just told me they had received my package, but they had to return it to the sender without giving me a reason. They just told me to call customer service.

  Go here if you want to argue about small things, be proven wrong on silly points and make shipping by UPS unnecessarily complicated. Go somewhere else if you want to drop, ship and not worry about anything else. There are 20 ups in the vicinity.

  Jay is very nice and helpful, he always goes out his way and helps me so much for all my needs, I highly recommend this location I can always rely on him when I'm in a jam or for all my ups service needs, I sure will always come here!
