This guy did not want to provide the service. And to think that they are the ones who always fight for equality in human rights... ironic!!!
- SOSolange “who knows” OJul 16, 20261.0Horrible service. Came to do our passport renew and the appointment was for 10:15 in the morning and we came very early at 10:00 in the morning. The guy told us to go wait in the chairs which we did for over 15 minutes, then the same guy came over to ask us "what time is your appointment" which he was already late in doing so and we said 10:15 a.m.. We showed the appointment paper and he didnt even LOOK at it. Before, we had done the application online and submitted, they sent it back and we had a code and instructions to go in person. He told us we needed to have the application printed and if we wanted we could go back home and print it and come back, but by the time that we would come back our appointment would be over and we would have to wait till the very end when they had attended everyone. So therefore why don't they ask people beforehand to have the application printed out so that people don't waste their time and come to this establishment, this is a lack of consideration for people's time and the possibility that they may be spending money to come all the way over here. We will never use your service again. People make sure to print out the actual application that you submit online alongside with the appointment paper or else they will send you straight back home. They don't want to work and nobody wanted to help us.
