- SNSherly N1 day ago1.0Rude employees, every time I goo, I get different employees and for whatever reasons they are always mad at the world. If you are not happy where you work or cant stand working with people then change careers.
- MJManuel JesusMay 12, 20261.0Package never delivered on scheduled delivery day then tracking indicated it would be delivered next day. Went down there twice, second time waited 1:30 only to be called later to be told the carrier doesn't remember what he did with the package. Handled competently in Germany by DHL, then it got to this country and post office only to be promptly misplaced. The package sat like this in tracking system for a week. Makes zero sense to have anything delivered US mail in this region. Absolute waste of time and money with this outfit. Just use FedEX, UPS, or hell just order it on Amazon, they have figured out how shipping works. Just train pigeons to ship letters / packages at this point.

- MPMark PerezMay 4, 20263.0The service at the counter is slow at times and seems to have gotten worse as of late. Lines wrap around inside and are out the door. Sometimes its just one person at the counter and if they’re working on a passport everyone else has to wait. They could really benefit from additional staff to help service the customers or find a way to quicken the pace. Customers are always upset at having to wait for simple things like stamps or dropping off a package.

I have been back twice, for passport appointments and neither time was I able to be serviced. The first time I went on April 16th, my appointment was at 11am and I was never seen because of the delay and I had to get to work. I am currently here, on April 30th and my appointment was for 12:15, it is now 12:43 and I am not even the first person waiting to be called. It is extremely inconsiderate and I have wasted time and money to make these appointments to not even be seen.
