  Every day it’s a lineup out the door. Since there is no parking if you come don’t expect street parking you’ll have to get dropped off as your driver loops the block for 25min. Most people No English makes it difficult for the employees. I saw a worker sitting on the steps soaked in sweat exhausted from delivery, seemed afraid to go back in for fear to be put back to work without a break. They gotta yell lobby sweep but everyone is hiding in the back. It would be nice to get some benches.

  This is, without a doubt, one of the worst post office locations I have ever dealt with. The delivery driver was too lazy to walk up three small steps to my front door and ring the doorbell. Instead of making the most basic effort to deliver my package, he falsely claimed that I wasn’t home, forcing my package to be returned to this location. To make matters even worse, when I went to pick it up, the post office had already closed 30 minutes before its posted business hours. If your official closing time is listed for the public, then you should actually remain open until that time not lock the doors early. This level of laziness, poor customer service, and complete lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to waste their time because employees don’t want to do their jobs. Extremely frustrating and very disappointing.

  I have lived in Kearny for seven years now and I still feel uncomfortable walking inside this post office. The workers at the desk are extremely rude despite customers asking questions politely. The place will not help you with any concerns regarding any package or mail service.

  Basically my appointment was at 2:45 and then right now while writing this, I’m still waiting for my passport renew and it’s so wrong because an appointment is an appointment and that is the best time for your employees to be doing their job. Another thing is that there is barely anybody and telling people to sit down and wait when people have been waiting is absurd.

  Horrible experience. We booked our passport picture appointment for our two and three year-old daughters. We had to wait over 45 minutes just for our scheduled appointment. Turns out we just got the passports in the mail and they mixed up our daughter’s pictures! Extremely frustrating because now we have to go through this whole process to get it corrected and pay again for their passport pictures. Beyond livid will never go back here.
