- MJMatthew JobesFeb 10, 20261.0I wish I could give a zero. Showed up at 10:45 on a Tuesday and they had a sign posted that they were closed all day. That sign had also been up the entire day prior. Apparently these folks pick and choose if they’ll show up for work each day. This Post Office and its employees should be investigated for fraud. I suggest everyone inconvenienced by this place writes to the Postmaster General’s office.

The team working that day was very professional and met my needs. The following days of interaction included a warm welcome and a bit of excitement letting me know my packages had arrived. From my perspective mutual respect, staff professionalism, and customer satisfaction was an unfiltered 5/5. Thanks to the team for assisting my family with acclimation to Joint Base MDL. We look forward to the same service across the installation.
