- DDDaisy4 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I waited over 30 minutes just to mail two packages because the counter was severely understaffed. Staff weren’t added until the line had already become extremely long. The service was also unnecessarily rigid. I was told to remove an old shipping label even though the new prepaid label would have completely covered it. It was an unnecessary step that only slowed everything down. Overall, the service was slow, inefficient, and frustrating.

When I got to the window, they didn’t take my name, confirm my appointment, etc. They just told me that if I have an appointment, I need to stand out of line and wait for my name to be called. They didn’t call my name until an hour after I arrived.

The teller Julio, old spanish man, with a really nasty attitude towards EVERYONE! It seems like everything bothers him, you say hello and he rolls his eyes like a 4 year old, he speaks too soft and you ask him to repeat it he mumbles some nonsense, before getting mad and pretty much screaming at you. I understand he doesnt like the job and he is just wanting to retire but maybe ask for a different position, customer service does not fit this guy.
