The employee was rude, unhelpful, and appeared unwilling to do their job. Instead of providing assistance, they were dismissive and spoke to customers in an unprofessional manner. Customer service should be respectful and courteous, and unfortunately that was not the case during my visit.

It’s not in compliance for people with disabilities nor do they have a chair or bench for the Seniors to Lean on. Today I waited outside until 7:50AM. When they finally opened the manager came from behind the workstation to argue with customers. I have a Video that would close that location! They need customers service training BAD!!!!!!!!! You’ve been warned!!!!!!!
