Rude staff. The lady at the desk doesn’t seem to like/want to do her job.

one star is too generous here. Like other reviews, the indian woman here is so RUDE. Dont go here. She is just nonsense and has absolutely terrible attitude. She really ruined my day. Poor women I wonder what made her life so miserable that she treats people like that.

My five stars are for Cynthia—and Cynthia only! I always dread coming to this location because of most of the staff is rude and unhelpful. Cynthia is the only one who is genuinely kind, patient, and helpful. She actually goes out of her way to assist customers, which is such a drastic contrast to the service we have received from other employees there. Yesterday, my husband and I went in for our baby’s passport appointment. We had scheduled the appointment online and arrived on time, but the lady who initially assisted us was so short and impatient with us, as if our presence was an inconvenience. She also did not want to take our baby’s passport photo, so we went across the street to UPS to have it taken. When we returned, there was a long line. My husband and I were both hoping we would not have to deal with the same lady again—and thankfully, we got Cynthia! She was kind, patient, and welcoming throughout the entire process. We joked around, and she made what had been a frustrating experience so much more pleasant. When I asked about the cost of expedited service, she even gave us a helpful tip that saved us money. Cynthia was truly a godsend! We had considered coming back another day, but I’m so glad we stayed. All thanks to Cynthia! To Management: please recognize Cynthia for her outstanding customer service. I also hope you will address the consistently rude and dismissive behavior of this other old, miserable lady. I think we all know who I am referring to. Customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience simply for coming in to receive a service. The rumor is that she is about to retire, so she doesn’t care anymore. If that's the case, please let her retire already. It will do all of us good. Seriously.

The worst service ever, i haven't seen people more rude. They are least interested to help and are responding so rudely. Please someone give this staff some basic training.
