Do trust on other reviews. Literally this place is understaffed. There is 1 person at the front desk and she comes and goes at her own pace like a park.

Terrible service and a very bad attitude from the cashier. I waited in line for more than half an hour, and she sent me to the back just because the bag wasn’t sealed. I went to the back to seal it properly, and when I came back to the window, she let someone else go ahead of me. Then she even asked me if I had waited in line. I honestly don’t know what is wrong with these people.

Unprofessional staff! Sent priority mail, paid $12.90, eventually my envelope returned to me as a insufficient address, even though i wrote it down correctly, but this address didn't pop up in their system, and the lady didn't tell me this, just took money and that's it. When I asked for refund, no one even talked to me, no explanation, nothing! Never again!

There must be mold somewhere inside to make this post office as awful as it is. We made a passport appointment for 10:45 online and were told to arrive 10 minutes early. When we did, we were told the woman to do it was in the back and wouldn’t be able to see us until after 11. I asked them why I had to make an appointment then and they said “you need an appointment!” which was not an answer. I then asked if we could at least take the photos now and the furious woman behind the counter said they don’t do photos even though online it did AND I saw a white photo backdrop. Nothing made sense. We went across the street to UPS to see the nicest woman in the world who took our photos and said that the people at that USPS are so mean to everyone and she doesn’t know why. When we got back to the post office at 11am, the line was so long and old woman fainted and hit her head. As fellow customers rushed to her aid and shouted for the USPS workers to call 911, they rolled their eyes and simply said, “ugh, not again.” The service is literally so bad people are dying in line.

If you need to use this location for passport services, I strongly recommend calling ahead—even if you already have an appointment. Appointments don’t seem to be honored consistently, and they may be canceled without notice. I had a 2:00 PM appointment for my baby’s passport. My partner arrived 10 minutes early, but the employee who processes passports told him she was leaving and refused to assist. This was very confusing, especially since we had a confirmed appointment. She mentioned that we needed to arrive 15 minutes early, but that requirement is not clearly stated on the website. We also did not receive any cancellation notice or communication beforehand. It’s frustrating because appointments like this often require taking time off work and arranging schedules in advance. Now I have to reschedule and take additional time away from my job to complete something that should have been handled during our original appointment. There really needs to be a more reliable and transparent process in place.
