And I have to do all the work to get money back, not right at all! I paid you for a service you should pay for entire value of lost package! They sit back & do nothing. But if I don’t go through all hoops & obstacles I don’t get my money back! Pretty bad way of doing business. We pay the salaries, the buildings, the vehicles, the repairs & gas if said vehicle AND we still have to pay for the services. And they can’t just reimburse me for there mistakes
