This location consistently has long wait times, often with only one employee at the counter, and there doesn’t seem to be any clear system for handling customers efficiently. On multiple visits, there’s been confusion around packages and tracking, which makes an already frustrating process worse.This post office needs better staffing, organization, and accountability. Right now, it feels unreliable for something as important as mail service.

However when visiting last week there was a teller by the name of Lisa there, and there was NO LINE! In all of my 16 years of visiting this post office I have never seen this place without a ridiculously long line. I hope Lisa Stays at this location as she is definitely a true asset to the USPS
