- WHWilliam HarrisAug 25, 20265.0I’ve been using their shipping services and drop off for UPS for years. I have always found them to be cordial and accommodating. It’s nice to have a local UPS and general business service store in our community.
- JLJimmy LoAug 15, 20261.0The worst UPS Store ever! I showed the staff the return instructions, which clearly said to use a QR code. They insisted they needed an info sheet with a reference code, even though I explained that all the information should be in the QR code. They just shrugged, said there was nothing they could do, and turned their backs on me. Extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and rude! I eventually returned the device at another store using the exact same QR code, and it worked!! What lazy staff!

The gentleman told me I had to pay extra for them to tape my package, which I had never heard of before. I literally stepped out and came back in less than 10 minutes with my own tape, only to find out that the package had already been picked up by the UPS driver. What I find especially strange and unacceptable is that UPS accepted the package when it was only partially taped—or possibly not taped properly at all. Is this really acceptable shipping practice? I have used UPS many times before and have never experienced anything like this. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service. Next time when I go I’ll make sure I get the name of the gentleman who worked there and report him.
