- DGDarlene GreenMay 3, 20262.05/2/2026 I went to Store to return an Amazon item and the male employee was rude and that was bothering him. I should not have to ask for a receipt but I did and I had to insist. He finally gave me one and when I stepped outside I realize it was the wrong receipt. I went back and the female staff member was apologetic and accommodating. She stated I showed her the QR code and she stated it was not done and she processed the return. This could have cost me financial distress. There was only 1 man & 1 woman so corporate should be able to determine who the rude employee was.
