  I had a very disappointing experience with a worker named Mia at Staples in the Printing Services Department. She was extremely rude and unhelpful over the phone when I was simply trying to get assistance with my order/questions. Instead of helping, her tone came across dismissive and nasty the entire conversation. What made the experience even worse was when I arrived at the store, she was openly talking about me to another coworker while knowing I was standing there. It felt very unprofessional, uncomfortable, and honestly disrespectful as a customer. Because of this incident, I did not feel comfortable trusting her with my print order and had to come back the next day instead. This caused a huge inconvenience and wasted a significant amount of my time. Customer service should never make people feel embarrassed or unwelcome. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this interaction was upsetting enough that I felt the need to share my experience. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be treated this way.

  I had 3 meaningful booklets made for our nephews and Marcus was amazing with the care in took in lining up and printing our booklets. We sincerely appreciated Marcus's attention to detail and consideration to make these very special booklets.

  Thank you to Benny for getting our much needed product, especially when I was in a sticky situation and in dire need of ink. He served with plenty of patience, understanding, and made the rest of my day sail smoothly !

  Bathroom is disgusting!!! Requires a code to get in. Not sure why because they do not keep it clean or maintained. No toilet paper holders in one stall, another is out of order. All stalls and toilets are filthy, garbage is overflowing, rust all over the place. Sink had throw up and hair in it!

  I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Staples location. It was raining and very windy, and my friends and I were standing just inside the front entrance for a bit to stay out of the weather. One of the employees (possibly a manager) came up to us and rudely said, “This isn’t a Starbucks, you need to go.” The way it was said came off very sassy and unnecessary. I understand that maybe we weren’t supposed to be standing there, but there was definitely a more respectful and professional way to handle the situation. A little kindness especially given the weather would have gone a long way. If this is how people are spoken to, we definitely won’t be returning.
