- YYYonJul 10, 20262.0They deliver water. They get 2 stars for that. They acquired the company supplying us water so we became a client. Apparently nothing got carried over about our details and Primo didn't care. We had to arrange for re-entering all details (for more money) and after much aggravation realized their automated system was too dumb to do so correctly. Without synchronized and consistent deliveries we moved on. Useless customer service that can't change anything even though they assure us they will.

You cannot cancel through the app or website and they make you call customer service which is hell to find. This is predatory practice on their end and they have a lawsuit going against them!! Stay away!!, fortunately I was able to cancel through the phone and even then I had to tell the lady 4 times to cancel!! What a scam!!
