You cannot cancel through the app or website and they make you call customer service which is hell to find. This is predatory practice on their end and they have a lawsuit going against them!! Stay away!!, fortunately I was able to cancel through the phone and even then I had to tell the lady 4 times to cancel!! What a scam!!

At first, my experience was OK but once the company changed hands it has been a complete nightmare. They lie, they don’t deliver on time. In fact they don’t even deliver. I have been trying to cancel this account for nine months and they just ignore me and keep charging my card. Once I tried to cancel, they finally delivered a wrong order to my apt of 14 5 gallon bottles of water to my one bedroom apartment in New York City. Been trying to get them to pick these bottles up for three months and no one ever shows up. Occasionally, they’ll call and say you weren’t home but I’m home all day working. Don’t do it. Worst company ever.
