Owners had my review removed and I wanted to ensure that before visiting the store consumers are aware of the nasty attitude of the two women running the establishment, without even reading my review a quick look at some of the owners responses to these reviews are horrendous. I visited the store a few months back to return an item and to make a long story short the item was never shipped when I returned to the store to retrieve it because I am certain I was there. The owner told me I in fact, wasn’t there and said I probably was at the supermarket down the street. I asked her if I could come in and look at the cameras to show proof I was there and she agreed. being that I ran in and out to drop off this item I was only on camera for a moment. Once I got to the frame in which I would have appeared (I got to the store around 255 and I have to pick up my daughter at 3 o’clock so I know there was only a small time span in which I would have appeared on camera ) the owner snatched the phone out of my hand and told me this was over. I called the police and made a report in which she agreed to show them the footage but without me present. It would be pretty hard for a police officer who doesn’t know me to identify me on a few second clip, to this day I still don’t understand why she did not let me finish watching the video. I ended up not filing a suit because the cost of the item was rather small and it was not worth my time, but I did leave a review here and I saw it was deleted so I wanted to ensure that before visiting the store you are aware of the terrible attitude of these owners! Reply to owner: There is only one POV for your ring camera, I reviewed the footage on your phone. if police checked the cameras why couldn’t I or better yet why couldn’t I look over it with police. You know it would be impossible for someone who doesn’t know me to Identify me from a grainy 10 sec clip, I suggest you take a course on professionalism and have a better day! To the young lady out front you’re too gorgeous to have such a nasty attitude, please do better

I recently used PostNet to print some important documents and a few notaries, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The entire process was incredibly easy from start to finish. Their pricing was very fair, the turnaround was quick, and the quality of the printing was excellent. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything came out exactly the way I needed it. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and they went above and beyond. If you need printing services, I highly recommend PostNet. Great pricing, great service, and even better people!

Be advised they do not take QR codes and can not provide a receipt for FedEx drop offs. I put my trust in their professional service. 😬

I had used this business a few times for shipping/returning items. I was hesitant to share this, but I feel like I should to warn others. In 2023 I trusted this business to ship a bag that I was returning the UK. My package was taken and processed from what I could tell. I did not ask for a receipt because I trusted them...Jersey City is a community in which we trust each other. The package never made it to its destination and I was out $400+ which was soooo disappointing and frustrating. It is a huge amount of money for me that I will never get back. I hesitated to even write this review thinking it could have been a mistake, but I feel like I should let people know this is sadly not a trustworthy business. Please take your business elsewhere. I need to believe JC is still an amazing place and community to live in. Sadly this business will not meet those standards. Also in response to the comments from the business-- of course I contacted you to inquire about what happened to my package. You were incredibly rude and put me on hold and never got back to me. I was naive to trust you. It was a lesson learned. Seems like you get a kick out of being awful.
