- SESudha ElhanceAug 27, 20262.0The staff at the store this morning did not tell me that I need to package this even further before putting the return label on it. After I put the return label, the manager told me he cannot take it like that. So that's another trip now.

He was talking to me as if I work and fedex and should know everything about how their scanning machine works. Don’t understand why people treat customers as if the customer is supposed to know everything about the store (even if its a self dropoff) . Most of those machines are not user friendly; and as a customer I would expect the staff to help me. So yeah I am never coming back to fedex or ordering from walmart because they offer fedex returns only. Shame shame shame and also booooo for expecting the customer to your job

Zion was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me repackage my box and figure out the best way to ship it so it would arrive as quickly as possible. He even helped me save a couple of dollars in the process. Really appreciated his kindness, patience, and great customer service. Thank you, Zion!

There is no consistency in policy since the last 3 times they either didnt ask for my ID or they took a look at my virtual ID and I had zero issue until today 8/17/2026. On top of that the pricing is inconsistent as well since I am sending out two posters to Texas and online priced it at $12 and in store was over $18. When I asked the manager he said thats the online price. This is in store pricing, its different. That make zero sense since its literally the same information. You can tell they hate their job and do not want to even try to be fake nice to customer.
