This store is unprofessional they are rude and don’t want to help people they just make fun of people. They need to take a class on customer service. Very disappointed.

Horrendous experience The male store “manager” (Henry I believe) was extremely rude and unhelpful. Corporate needs to take a look at his performance. I simply asked “do you think my package needs more tape, I don’t mind paying”..his response: “ It’s not my job to tell you that”..very nasty and rude. The girl (much nicer than him) had to show him how to use the computer yet he is the manager. Joke of a location and terrible representation of the FedEx brand.

“I don’t need your box” said the manager. I felt very unprofessional tone. With that signal, I had to take the shoe box out of the box, I asked for a box blade, the manager wouldn’t even look at me, just turned towards another woman co-worker, started talking about his vocation. It seemed the customers are not important here.

Horrible location I ordered business cards online through FedEx using their design preview tool, and I carefully based my layout on exactly how the cards appeared in their online preview. When I went to pick them up, the finished cards looked completely different. The font was printed much smaller than what was shown online, making them difficult to read and nearly unusable. I explained this to an employee named Sam and asked for a reprint, since the printed result did not match the preview on the website. Instead of helping, she said they would not reprint them because they used the file I uploaded. She even pulled up the online preview, which clearly showed the text as readable and properly sized, but then admitted that when you use the online preview it’s not accurate. That means FedEx knows their online preview does not accurately represent the final printed product, yet they provide no warning, disclaimer, or sizing notice on the website. I know that more of a corporate issue but locations should be able to accommodate for it. Customers are expected to rely on that preview, so this is misleading. When the manager, Henry, came over, he repeated the same refusal and said I would need to pay again for a new set of cards. Only after several minutes of complaining did he finally issue a refund. They have poor customer service, poor communication, and a refusal to take responsibility for an issue caused by their own website and ordering system. Instead of simply reprinting the cards and keeping a happy customer, ironically, they actually lost more money for the business and a loyal customer. Will never be back.

I had a really great experience at this FedEx location today. My parents needed help stopping a package that had already been sent out earlier in the day, and the situation was a bit stressful and time-sensitive. A staff member named Imani went above and beyond to help them. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. It’s not often you come across someone who is both so professional and so warm at the same time. Her attitude made a stressful situation much easier to handle, and we’re truly grateful for her help.
