  The indian short girl who works there told me I can send a used phone to Ecuador I went there two times! And still told me I can send the phone. I pay almost 200 dollars for that package and now dhl Ecuador told me I couldn't sent any used phone now it's returning. DHL should train better your employees what a waist of time and money! If you are thinking sending a package here think twice go anywhere else! Update the staff is contacting me to get me a solution really hope we could fix this situation. Thank you
