Avoid this location (UPS Store # 7352) – Unprofessional and unreliable. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this UPS Store. I paid for 2nd-Day shipping, but it has now been 5 days and my item still has not arrived. When I called the store to find out what happened, the staff promised to look into it and call me back. They never called me back. The lack of communication and failure to deliver on a service I paid extra for is completely unprofessional. Save your money and go somewhere else that actually values its customers and keeps its promises.

I was shocked how fast it was to send off my package. Only 1 person working the counter & she was amazing. I was 4th in line, but still out in less than 10 minutes.

had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I needed about 60 pages printed and was charged around $65 total. Afterward, I called another UPS Store location and was told they charge only 50 cents per page, while this location charged me about $1 per page. The pricing felt excessive and was much higher than I expected. I wish the costs had been explained more clearly before the printing was done. I understand prices may vary by location, but charging nearly double what another UPS Store charges seems unreasonable. I would recommend checking prices beforehand or comparing with other locations before printing here.
