  I placed a print order on Saturday that was supposed to be ready by Sunday at 530. I never got the confirmation email that my order was ready and the store closes at 6, so I called on my way to pick it up just to make sure. The girl behind the counter said they couldn’t print my material and they were “going to” call me. I need these photos for Monday (tomorrow) and now it’s 6pm on Sunday and I’m trying to find somewhere else to emergency print my photos because staples was “going to” call me 10 minutes before they closed after letting me believe all day that they printed my material. I had to call customer service to ASK for my refund, and the sales associate who was “going to” call me at 5:45 pm on a Sunday told her other sales associate that she “couldn’t deal” with me after I asked her to make an exception considering how terribly they handled this.

  Amazing customer service from David. He was very kind and attentive. He helped me with a heavy package, was able to help another customer, and helped me bring my package to my car. Great job!

  Very rude staff and the place stinks! this one indian lady was super rude! Only good workers is the girl with the purple hair. surprised how its still running in business... unbelievable

  Decent size staples with lots of parking and the usual items including many office chairs to try on which was the reason for my visit. My main complain is that some of the office chairs were wobbly so that tells me a lot about their quality. For example, the Staples Hyken Pro chair had its lock mechanism broken so it would not stay in an upright position. I found it to be comfortable but I didn’t want to buy something that’s not gonna survive daily usage. I did not need to interact with staff but they seem to be friendly. I overheard a customer purchasing a chair and while the salesman was polite and helpful, he kept offering an extended warranty. What I normally do, I go to the store, check the chairs and once I decide on the one I want I buy it online (free shipping).
