  This morning I ordered from my local staples online but a store pickup 44 box Dunkin’ Donuts from the Iselin store on Rt.1 New Jersey. An hour after receiving pickup confirmation I drove to the staples store. Upon entering store there was a young Indian cashier girl “ no hello” or “ can I help you?” She was so busy on her cellphone when I asked her for help I startled her. She immediately shooed me away and said, go over there to pick up your item. When I went over to the next counter another Indian girl she did the same thing and sent me back to the other girl. At this point there arguing? I paid for my coffee and nobody wants to be bothered. A man comes from the back and when I showed him my pickup on my phone he says it was never pulled?? So who sent me the confirmation email? 2 white customers come in show there phone barcode and receive there items with no problem. Finally the man that came from the back comes back with the box of coffee. Then insist I show him my drivers license ID even though I showed him the barcode on my phone. RACIST STORE!! Will never go back again! They treat black customers differently!! Don’t shop here if you believe in equality this store is racist!!! Im boycotting them and telling my story to everyone who will listen. My order number was 9938485956. I hope this location goes out of business!!

  I went to Staples to have a design printed for a graduation cap, and Damien was incredibly helpful. The service he provided was outstanding. He took the image I wanted and expertly resized it to fit the cap perfectly. His attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire process easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and would highly recommend him.

  I have to say I rarely write reviews but I had to for this one. I came in to print birthday menus and Karina was sooooo helpful! I’ve never been helped so well at staples. She was so sweet, and accommodating. Seriously the best service I’ve received. Go seee Karinaaaaaa💖💖💖💖
