  I came into the store to drop off two Amazon returns, which were two sunshades. Amazon directed me to return them through Staples. The older woman working at the Amazon return desk took one look at the sunshades and immediately said she couldn’t take them because they wouldn’t fit in a box. I explained that Amazon had directed me there for the return, but she got her supervisor, who also insisted they wouldn’t fit and that the box would break. My husband said we could fit them in the box, so we wrapped them and went to get a box. Getting the box was another issue. There were at least five employees standing around, yet we had to repeatedly ask for someone to help us. When we finally got a box, both sunshades fit easily in the SAME box. We used our own tape and had no assistance from the staff. Once we were finished, the employee at the Amazon desk saw us and took another customer instead of helping us finish our return. When she finally came back and scanned the box, she then asked where the other box was because apparently the two sunshades were supposed to be in two separate boxes. The fact that both sunshades easily fit in one box made the entire situation even more ridiculous. We were initially told they couldn’t be taken because they wouldn’t fit, then we were told they needed to be in two boxes even though they fit perfectly in one. The entire situation was completely unnecessary. The employee and her supervisor were both unhelpful and showed very poor customer service. If they had simply taken the time to assist us instead of immediately saying it couldn’t be done, the entire interaction would have taken a few minutes. We also had several other things we planned to purchase while we were in the store. Because of the way we were treated and the complete lack of willingness to help, we left and went to the UPS down the road instead. I understand that there are procedures for Amazon returns, but customers should not have to argue with employees or repeatedly ask for basic assistance, especially when Amazon specifically directs them to the store for the return. This was a very frustrating experience and one that could have easily been avoided with basic customer service. Worst experience avoid this store!

  Store is absolutely disgusting. Every time I come here (mostly for Amazon returns) the floors are grimy and dirty every time. I don’t even think they vacuum. So much lint, trash, stains, ripped old carpet, etc. owner should be ashamed.

  Vipra was very friendly and sweet. She helped us with customizing the document, printing, and binding everything. She was patient and very helpful throughout the process. We really appreciated her kindness and great service!

  They have good customer service. Plenty of parking. They also do Amazon returns.
