- FVF VMay 29, 20265.0Hopatcong post office took care of delivery problem I had; staff is always super friendly & helpful. I had a package that was “undeliverable” and Hopatcong tracked it down and delivered however Dover post office was at fault from the beginning. Hopatcong took the liberty of handling the problem. In all the years I have been a resident I never ever had a problem with Hopatcong post office. It’s always Dover. Why?
- KMKyle McElroyApr 23, 20261.0This is the second time in a row where I paid an absurd amount of money to guarantee a package be delivered by a certain date. This last time it was $150 for a package to be there for an event that we flew from NJ to FL for and it never showed up while we were there. It was supposed to be there on a Thursday and never showed up until the following Tuesday after we already left to go back home. I would highly recommend NOT using usps if you need a package to actually arrive on time. The whole system had no idea where the package was or when it would actually arrive. Not to mention it was a $2,000 painting for a special event that never made it to the event. This will be the last time either one of my businesses use usps.
