  I needed a package shipped out ASAP and the staff and management were nice and courteous and helped me with everything. And their prices were WAAAAAYYYY cheaper than the post office and the lines were shorter. I was in and out in under 10 minutes! DEFINITELY my favorite shipping store!

  This ups employees went above and beyond to help to ship the package I had and they were super helpful and nice as always. I’m definitely coming back here aging! Keep doing great work for the community!

  Always consistently friendly, efficient, helpful, fast, knowledgeable. I have used this store several times for various reasons and have never been disappointed or had a negative experience. Reliable experiences are rare in this world. Keep up the great work! Thank you

  I should've checked the reviews before going here. They are very clearly overcharging customers. Go to USPS or even FedEx instead. It was my first time selling on eBay, which had estimated shipping costs around $10. I arrive here to try to ship it out, and am quoted $60 (misheard as $6 but saw it on the screen) to make a ground shipment to Long Island, which was allegedly the cheapest option. I said it was way more than expected, and way more than eBay quoted. They said it was due to the size and weight, which they said was 10 pounds (but USPS later weighed it as less than 5) - so maybe they should have their scales checked. Then I said I would try USPS instead - to which she said USPS would be about the same price, but there was another option that would cost $51 (even though she had already said that $60 was the cheapest). I went to the Post Office where it cost me $13. Then I found out that I could've just printed the $10 shipping label through eBay, which I have to imagine the employees would've known. I will never be going back.

  Had to go in to print, sign, notarize, scan and send some documents recently. The reasons were personal but sad. I was able to work directly with Kishankumar Patel. He was extremely friendly, worked with me through some technology issues and offered his condolences. The kindness of a stranger and that extra step and attention can mean so much when people don’t even realize it. I greatly appreciated Kishankumar and his team for helping and going the extra mile as well.
