  I have this location set up on UPS my choice for package pickup. When their own company fails to switch the label prior to dropping off packages at this pickup location, this location will charge you per package for their own companies mistake. If you don’t pay, you don’t get your packages. I highly doubt this is UPS company policy; it’s also horrible customer service. Also stop taking peoples licenses with you to the back. It’s shady. Use your brain and remember their last name. I have deleted UPS my choice and will never use this location again.

  Genuinely so kind and funny the workers here had me smiling left and right, not only with their efficient service but their sense of humor if I could give more stars I would !!

  This is absolutely the best UPS branch with an outstanding level of service! Kevin went above and beyond to help me with my notary and shipment needs. I would 100% recommend this branch for their incredible work ethic and lovely personnel! Thank you!

  This review is after 3 visits- all negative. Ever since the new management took over- they are scheming off customers. I have come in with pre printed labels from 3 different companies - completely paid with instructions to pack in a shipping box for the UPS store acceptance-but the employees reject my label, or box or packaging. Try to get me to buy their supplies. Complete scam. I just had it happened a 3rd time for a Nike corporate package and they rejected my box. I called Nike and they are looking into the matter. I was told UPS has to accept the box and label. These guys at the UPS store are complete scammers.

  had a really frustrating experience at this UPS Store. About two weeks ago, I went in to return an item, and the girl helping me (she was wearing a jacket) seemed completely uninterested. She was on her phone under the monitor while processing my return, which already felt unprofessional. Now it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received my refund. I’m honestly worried the return wasn’t handled properly. On top of that, her attitude was not great at all very dismissive and not helpful when I asked questions. Really disappointed with the service. If anyone has advice on what I should do next to get my refund sorted out, please let me know.
