    First time at this location and my last time. I went to this location because it was close to a bus stop and with this heat didn't want to walk to a closer location to me (West New York). Place charged $3 just to tape up a box like really? Never seen that before at other UPS store locations and any FedEx locations I've been to before. That's insane .

    Seline was incredibly helpful with printing complicated business cards for an upcoming work event. She helped me cut out the cards and make sure they were printed to be displayed correctly. It was a lifesaver!!

    I had a very disappointing experience with the UPS Store in Hoboken. I called UPS directly before shipping a package from New Jersey to Massachusetts. The package weighed about 5 pounds, was being shipped via Ground, and did not require insurance. UPS quoted me approximately $12–$15. When I went to the Hoboken UPS Store, the employee behind the counter told me the cost would be $59. When I questioned why the price was so much higher than what UPS had quoted, I was simply told that "it's different in the store." Concerned, I called UPS customer service while I was there. They informed me that the explanation I was given was not accurate and took down the store's information. When I later called the store to speak with a manager, the employee hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Kevin, who said he had just returned from lunch. He repeated that the store could charge what it wanted because the shipment was "guaranteed," although he never clearly explained what that meant or why it justified a nearly 400% price increase. After leaving, I went to USPS and shipped the exact same package with guaranteed Saturday delivery for $14. I understand that independently owned UPS Stores may have different pricing structures, but the lack of transparency, conflicting information, and poor customer service were unacceptable. Even UPS customer service seemed concerned by what I was told. Based on this experience, I would recommend getting a quote elsewhere before shipping from this location.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS location. I went in to ship an express envelope and had already checked the price online. The online quote was under $80 for next-day delivery. In store, I was quoted over $120 for delivery in 3–5 business days. When I questioned both the price difference and the slower service, I was simply told that shipping is more expensive in store than when prepaid online. A 50%+ premium for a slower service felt unreasonable and misleading. I then asked for a UPS Express Envelope so I could purchase the label online and package it myself. The employee initially acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about and seemed reluctant to provide one. Only after I insisted did she reach under the counter, pull one out, and hand it to me. I ended up going to FedEx on River Street instead. The experience there was seamless, and the pricing was in line with what I had seen online. I understand that stores may have different pricing structures, but the lack of transparency and poor customer service at this location mean I won't be using it again.
