  The delivery server are terrible. They say they my an attempt to ring your bell. However between Hoboken's irresponsible tickets and no where to pull over they get in and just leave it in my mail. Multiple situations cause this. I live where they separated us and segregated us and discriminated against us in an affordable unit that put us only 6 apartments, we have no councillers and there is no mail room. So they can see a mailbox, and they put a tempted delivery. Now I have to carry a heavy chair and I have to help my husband bring it there so we don't get a parking ticket. Ourselves dropping it off. So how is that sight? We will find out, but the drivers should be taught well Hoboken. Yes, should give them a break with the tickets. Unfortunately, there's no way to pull over. Thank the bikers. Thank the double park delivery trucks, and all this new advancement, a condominiums were overcrowded. But speaking about your site, I've never been there. The ups on third in Washington. However is great. Hopefully, tomorrow I will find out. He said he came to my house and rang the bell Friday. I did think I heard the bell by the time I got there. There was no one at the door that was at 9:30. Maybe a quarter cent in the PM. I have all day for a next day. Pick up and he comes at 932 quarter to 10. It's the driving system. Now people that want to shift things out and they don't want to have a driver, come pick it up for extra money. That's different, but this is a disgrace. The CE OS don't care the stockholders. Don't care nobody cares because they know that they're gonna have to ship things and move things. And people only want the Best Buy, they could get. Thank you. Oh, please excuse any typos.I'm speaking into the phone, and I think it has a hard time.Relating to my Hoboken accent.

  Worst UPS store and customer service. Charge $3 to print a label on a return. Absolutely ridiculous

  I’ve never had a problem with this ups before. The guys have always been helpful. Recently, they hired a new girl. The two times that I’ve come in contact with her have been dreadful. Maybe she should learn from the guys on how to deal with customers and their complaints. Would’ve been more stars if she was nicer.

  BEWARE IF YOU ARE SHIPPING SOMETHING FRAGILE. Was shipping my wedding flowers to be preserved. Paid over $400 for one day shipping to Utah (not kidding). Asked for fragile and "this side up stickers" to be on the box, which they did. However, as soon as he took the box from me he placed it the wrong side up. I ask if they could fix it because it was super fragile, and he legitimately said "honestly nobody cares or is going to listen to that". I was shocked. Take items elsewhere.
