- SNStef NicholsonJun 29, 20261.0I would call him a gentleman but his demeanor was anything but gentleman like. So, the store manager's attitude was unprofessional. I called the store beforehand to inquire about different box sizes I saw online, as I needed to ship larger items that would fit in a box I found on the website. The manager provided brief responses and seemed eager to end the call quickly, giving the impression that he was too busy to engage in a detailed conversation. When I visited the store to follow up on the assistance he mentioned he could provide, I encountered additional attitude and was met with unhelpful responses when I asked clarifying questions about the service. Sir if you don’t like your job, go find a different one but your people skills are terrible.

I was completely unsure of how to handle my shipment, but she was patient and guided me step-by-step. What impressed me even more was seeing her handle a busy store, balance multiple people, and offer help to other customers simultaneously without losing her friendly demeanor. She is a massive asset to your team and deserves corporate recognition!
