Denise displayed an exceptional work ethic and the most customer support I’ve ever encountered in a long time. She made this statement in such a casual manner as if it was an inherent part of her nature. Her work ethic is truly impressive, and she is also an incredibly helpful person to her coworkers.

Denise immediately helped me and kindly showed me how to use the drop off station. She was very kind and personable and didn’t hesitate to help :) I also didn’t have any tape to wrap the box with but the gentleman offered to wrap it for me free of charge as a one time courtesy after I offered to pay! Great customer service here, thank you!!

I initially called the Jersey City location at 4/14 at 4:20pm asking for a quote on shipping some papers and the guy told me he couldn’t give me a quote because he was busy. Honestly I would’ve believed him but I can tell based on how he was talking that he was just too lazy to help me. I called the Hoboken location and Gabi helped me out right away without hesitation. Customer service really makes all the difference. Thank you Gabi!!
