I could tell he was managing a line of impatient guests while helping me on the phone and he was handing everyone with such patience and grace. USPS workers really need more support and respect, kindness and patience. It’s a thankless job, and it’s especially harder during the holiday season. Thank you Phillip! Edited to add Corina was also super nice and helpful and whoever I spoke to last…needs an attitude adjustment. Super rude for absolutely no reason. Thanks.
