- SHscott hilsenrathMay 25, 20261.0Wow I waited a few days so I could leave a feedback with a clear head and not with emotions. The lady that works there should be replaced. I will never go there again. She is rude combative and unprofessional and I think she hates herself. There was only a few customers and she was complaining. Than because I got nervous I crossed the bar codes on my 2 packages you would have thought I murdered someone she made me go back behind 2 other customers and than one customer was nice and said go ahead you were here first. So because she was so busy complaining about everything she didn't hear my problem. So I told her again that my fault i crossed the bar code she made me feel small and grabbed the package and in a nasty way she pulled the label off 1 item and sloppily put it on the correct item which took 2 seconds. She is a disgrace as a person and as an employee and should be replaced by someone who would appreciate a job pension holidays and benefits but it will not happen i already saw many negative reviews against this lady and she is still there what ashame

How did that even happen?🤨🤔 That's the only bad thing I can say about this post office in Hillside. Otherwise this postal location is great 😃👍🏾. Kind of small / cozy. But still great. Lots of parking and the postal worker handling the customer service window is prompt and very professional.
