- MHM HatcherAug 21, 20261.0I hate this post office so bad I really think it’s time to make that lady at the front desk retire because I don’t think she like her job it’s no reason to be so rude for no reason!!!!

Many thanks to the gentleman—my day was already feeling heavy because I had to go there, but his attitude completely turned my day around.

The woman who was working spoke very rudely to the person ahead of me and then to me as well; she was disrespectful and didn't know how to answer questions. It was a constant lack of respect and terrible handling of the situation—I don't think I'll ever go back. A horrible, horrible experience.

She was loud and impatient with me ask me if I was slow and that she was not going to repeat herself. Her customer service skills are awful desired. She should be in the back not at the front window
- MMMianicoleJul 6, 20261.0the lady there with the glasses and dark skin is extremely rude for no reason, i’ve been here many times and everytime it’s the same attitude. she was in a rush at 2 and rushing multiple costumers complaining on how they have too many packages. when it was my turn i was fast an efficient since i’ve done this before and she got upset cause i was “too fast”. it’s like she wants to start a problem for no reason many complaints but she’s still working there…
