Made me wait and was very mean, “it’s called fees?!” “Can you get me a money order please? “Well maybe if you told me how much you wanted it for I could assist you!” Awful terrible bitter person, praying for her Edit: so she snapped at me to go to my bank because I didn’t wanna pay a 100+ fee. I went there and they told me that I was looking for a cashiers check instead of a money order and it would be much cheaper. I figured that was true because I had done something similar at another post office. So they effectively lost my business as well, she was absolutely unhelpful and another customer said she’s always like this.

She was super chatty and nice to the person in front of me, so I never thought I would get the rudest customer service I have ever received in my life from her. I was trying to ask her a question and she cut me off several times telling me that I was in the wrong place, to go to Newark, because the Irvington post office is shut down..all while she was checking her cell phone. I had other time-sensitive business to do that could be taken care of at any post office, but was so put off by her behavior that I just left. Very disrespectful!

I don’t know what her issue was but I came to just buy a stamp and she was frustrated with me asking for a stamp, then I asked her where should I put the letter she’s like right there you don’t know how to send a letter, I’m like why are you so rude and she’s like “you don’t want me to tell you what you are go read a book” like what is her problem??
