- AGAhmed GabaleSep 26, 20261.0Look at the reviews places embarrassingly poorly manage. The workers are all rude and condescending and unorganized. They act like being one or two minutes late to a passport appointment is the difference between life or death. Go to any other post office if you can. I called Somerville immediately after leaving and they are accommodating us without an appointment. Clearly it doesn’t take too much work to be a decent human being but it does for the people that work at Hillsborough
- MDMarissa DuprezSep 16, 20261.0My husband and I were moving out of state and went to change our address. The woman behind the counter had told me to check off “family” for myself and him. I explained to her that there was someone who was living with us that was not moving with us (and also had the same last name) and she reassured me that only mine and my husbands mail would be forwarded. Fast forward to us moving out of state we are receiving the other person’s mail even though I asked several times about it. If she did not know the answer she should have asked someone who did. Very upsetting and inconvenient.
