Went to Hibernian post office and met Jenny who was rude and uninformed I literally took my package back n went to office by quick check who were extremely helpful I am appalled at the behavior Jen showed me I literally expect cops fireman nurses mail personal to seriously hold themselves to a higher standard I feel like she intentionally waisted my time offered no help was completely obnoxious and honestly idk why she has this job if she hates it and her customers so much I would of launched a formal complaint but I can’t find anyone to complain to ! However I wan know who hired her cause she need be retrained both home training and business ... rude rude rude rude rude and after I asked for her name she asked for mine ... here I am Jen ;) I understand idk your life or how your morning went but I don’t see y take Out on customers
