- JSJordan SmithSep 22, 20261.0Friend shipped a gift box from.this store. They provided zero help in getting reimbursed for contents of package that were damaged and discarded by UPS during delivery. They packaged the box and put basic coverage on it without asking anyone specifics of the value of contents. 2 bottles of hot sauce broke and leaked, UPS policy is to discard entire package including the 90% that was intact. Reimbursed for roughly 1/3 of the cost of contents. Simply don't use UPS if shipping anything more than $100 in value. The run around and lack of customer service from all departments is typical of lackluster corporate America.

He made certain that the label was going to the company as I had inadvertently left the shipping label that was sent to my house on the box. He exhibited an enthusiasm for his job and made it easy for me. Thanks again Fred.

I truly wish corporate would do something with the people that work at this store. I would not go there if I didn’t have to I swear. You could have used the label to secure my tiny bag. Now UPS will have to send a person to my address at UPS’s expense. Seriously, change jobs you’re not cutoff for customer service.
