  Sibling was taking long time deciding my foot was hurting decided to try out an office chair for one second to relive my foot pain worker was super rude and disrespectful immediately yelling at me to get off he then stole my chair. She to the costumer service I think I’m traumatized from staples can’t believe this happened

  Let me start off by saying that I am a regular customer at Staples, or WAS! I was so happy that I could do my biweekly binge supply shopping AND return Amazon items while I was there. Wrong! I went to return 4 items before I shopped! No, I don’t normally return that many, but I don’t normally buy scrubs from Amazon either! So, I figured get it all done in one shot! The MINUTE i stepped to the register I got attitude! Mind you, I’m organized so I printed out the barcodes and matched it with the items so I could be quick! Well, the lady behind the counter said OH MY GODDD AMAZIN, AMAZON, AMAZON! I HATE THIS! Why can’t they return their stuff some place else? I’m standing right in front of her, and let me point out that I don’t feel well so she got the wrong one on the right day!! My response was, unfortunately Staples agreed to partner with Amazon so it’s part of your job now, what seems to be the problem? So she looks at the guy next to me and throws her hands up in the air and yells, JESUS CHRIST HES GOT RETURNS TOO!! Let me say how lucky she is that there was a counter between us! I asked her to step aside and get someone who actually worked there because apparently she’s in the wrong line of work! Definitely not a people person! She snatched my stuff and grabbed my printouts and mixed everything up then started tossing my items in the return box not even paying attention to what was already scanned! She pulled them out of the box and had to start over saying “you see why I hate this?” And my response was “what, life???” One of her coworkers tried to pull her aside but her mouth kept going and I let her have it! She tried to put my things aside saying “let me take care of the paying customers, but I put a halt to that because I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!! Because of HER, I will never shop in that store again! Staples needs to screen their employees better or check in from time to time because THEY ARE NOT OK!! Frustrated, sick and never quiet! Do better Staples!!!
