  I had a great experience at the Staples Print Center in Hazlet thanks to Nate. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. He took the time to walk me through placing my order online, made sure I understood everything, and even told me about a 40% off poster coupon. Nate was genuinely helpful from start to finish, and it’s clear he really cares about helping customers. I’m so glad he’s at the print center near my home and will definitely go back to him for future printing needs. Thank you, Nate!

  This store has a very good selection of items. However, in my opinion, Joshua was rude to my mom and me. We were trying to return a package we didn't order from Staples, and he knew we were standing there, but he moved a box anyway. Also, when we entered the store, we didn't see many employees.

  I was Assisted by Matt today in the printer section. I had to print a ton documents today and I haven’t done it at staples before, so I was a little confused. Matt was able to show me how the system worked. He Explained to me, how you need to send your documents via PDF through email, then that you’d receive a code to be able to print all your documents at once. I was still having some troubles, so he showed me what to do and made sure I got everything I needed. Thank you for your help Matt! I would’ve stood there trying to figure it out myself for half a hour if I didn’t have a knowledgeable staff member to assist me. Once that was sorted out, it was quick and easy- I was able to get all of my documents downloaded, printed and paid for immediately. The pricing was not bad for how many documents I downloaded.

  Guy was so rude . I was so kind over the phone about a potential mistake made . I said please , thank you and was so cool. The man was still so disrespectful and then hung up lol . Like what happened to customer service ? I would be fired if I acted like that

  I love the print department at this location. I work in NYC and use this location to get my items printed, typically posterboards, because they are exceptional and the customer service is wonderful. The team is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location for printing.
