  I’ve had a really great experience with this UPS Store! I’ve made several returns here, and every time the service has been excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient, and they always make the return process quick and easy. I really appreciate their professionalism and great customer service. Highly recommend this location!

  Usually the staff have been friendly and helpful. Today i got in the store with 2 pre labeled packages one person was busy helping a lady with a ton of Amazon returns and the other one doing whatever their internal things needed to be done at the front counter. I stood there for a good while no one acknowledged me and the one that was helping no one didn’t say a word either. I asked if I could just leave the packages since no one could help me. They tell me uh. Sure. If you don’t want a receipt. Of course I want a receipt but I don’t have all the time in the world to wait for the Amazon returns to be finished and watch the second person doing who knows what they are doing. I have already expressed its pre labeled. it only takes a few seconds to acknowledge someone and not make them frustrated.

  Sometimes packages get lost because they don’t get scanned right away. , it's always good to get a receipt the only way you can get a receipt is if you wait and have your package scanned. I think it’s worth the weight.. one time the clock said they were about to close and all I needed to do was drop a couple packages off. I didn’t care if they didn’t scan it right away. The door was still open and they wouldn’t take my packages. They said they were closed, but yet there was people in there and there was still three minutes left on the clock I insisted, and then I was stocked by people that the man in the store called, they followed me and tried to run me off the road. They had a signal blocker I couldn’t call for help. It was really really scary. I hope this is something that rarely happens, but I fear that it’s not that it’s common to persons that are not their targeted population but when you are a public business when you are a franchise, you need to serve whomever comes not just your kind because this isn’t a certain kind of neighborhood that has a certain kind of people it used to be more diverse.. I don’t have anything against anybody. I’m from Los Angeles. The capital of diversity.

  If I could give no stars I would, I paid for an overnight delivery I was guaranteed it would get there in time, it cost me $142 .The package was delivered a day late. I have had to call several times for a refund due but 2 weeks later no refund and no answers on when I will receive it or if I will receive it. Lessened learned.

  Came in today for a poster to be printed and was met with wonderful customer service starting with Steven who then needed to escalate me to a manager because of an issue with my print job. Everyone in the store very professionally handled everything I needed in a timely manner while being very courteous and patient. These folks offer really great services when they aren't belabored with Amazon returns, which was 90% of the walk-in business I witnessed while waiting for my poster to be printed. I was very pleased that I was able to take the poster home with me without have to having to make a return trip, although both options were made available to me which was also appreciated.
