So you wait in a giant line up front to get told to go to the back where the person working that line is the slowest I’ve ever witnessed anyone work. Spent 25 minutes in the store and was still 8th in Amazon return line. Didn’t even get close to even shopping for the items I need let alone actually buying them.

I told her I didn't want to waste a trip coming over here, like I did the weekend prior. I had to drive further to delran, nj to make the return. My husband goes today on 6/7/26 and they tell him the system is down. So, just that fast, the system is down. Sounds like something fishy going on. I had to cancel return with Amazon. I will never deal with this location ever again; not even to purchase anything. I will go out of my way to a different location if I need to purchase anything.
